New rules for trash disposal effective September 1, 2023.
Due to the increase cost for trash pickup, we are no longer having curb side pick-up. Dumpsters are located at the Maintenance Garage. Hours to dispose of garbage are Sunday-all day and Monday until 12 noon. Dumpsters are for household trash ONLY!!! No appliances, wood, metal, tires or any construction materials. Fines will be issued if rules are not followed.
Community Spring Clean Up will be scheduled for disposal of certain bulk items.
Please make sure that all vehicles
are registered with the office. ALL ATV'S,
SNOWMOBILES AND OFFROAD VEHICLES
MUST BE REGISTERD AT THE OFFICE AND
A STICKER MUST BE PURCHASED AND PLACED IN A VISIBLE
LOCATION ON REAR OF VEHICLE. Fines will be issued for those riding on Cove property without current registration and stickers. Vehicles &/or trailers used to tow ATVS, snowmobiles, and other offroad vehicles must have a placard issued by the Association. Vehicles parked on Cove property without a placard will be towed at the owner's expense.
WE ARE ASKING ALL RESIDENTS TO PLEASE KEEP THEIR
PIPES AND DITCHES FREE OF DEBRIS. The pipes and ditches
in front of your homes are the residents responsibility. If you cannot
do this, Cove Maintenance can do this for a fee. THIS WILL PREVENT
THE WATER FROM OVERFLOWING ON THE ROADS AND CAUSING WASHOUTS. THANK YOU
