Members with delinquent accounts may NOT use Cove amenities.

The Cove now accepts credit/debit card payments and electronic fund transfers!

Please contact the office if you wish to use this option.  You can pay over the phone, via email, or in person.

There is a 4% service fee for card payments and a flat $3 fee for electronic fund transfers.

Warmer temperatures are melting snow; this will cause messy slushy roads!  We are clearing the roads as swiftly as possible.  Be careful.  Be aware that the water and slush will refreeze when temps drop in the evening, and be extra cautious!

The Gate was was hit Monday morning.  This is why it's necessary for only 1 vehicle to go through the gate at a time!  The company responsible is being proactive in arranging replacement parts and repairs.  Anticipated replacement date will be forthcoming.

An Activities committee was reformed with new Director Chrissy Zimmerman as Chair.  We hope to increase camaraderie and community within the Association.  Anyone with ideas for community events or interested in planning and executing events, please contact Chrissy at 570-391-7386 or crissyzimmerman6@gmail.com

Please contact Chrissy NOT the office.

New rules for trash disposal effective Jan 1, 2021.
